This post has nothing to do with global warming, but is to point out something that may be entertaining. For the past couple of months The Daily Bayonet has been messing with Empire Avenue in it’s beta form. Twitter followers will have seen many #EAv tagged tweets from @dailybayonet, now is your chance to take a [...] Facebook, the social media site that calls users ‘dumbf*cks‘, is in crisis over its cavalier attitude to data protection and privacy. As a result, I closed my personal account today. This blog’s Facebook page will be gone before the end of the day too. It’s not easy to find how to delete your account among the byzantine [...] Some categories have changed: ‘Greenahadeen’ has been retired and replaced with ‘Ecotards’ and ‘Warmists’. All posts have now migrated to the new categories. Comments have been opened up to skip moderation, unless they contain links or cussing. You will still need to think up a name and email for the first comment, but after that, you’re [...] The site was unavailable for about an hour this morning. The problems should be fixed now, happy surfing.
The Daily Bayonet is looking for like-minded writers to contribute to the blog. The Alexa ranking just tripped into the top 300,000 which isn’t bad for a one-man hobby site, but I think we can do better with some fresh meat voices.
