Retailers love to convince the shopping public that they are green because they mistakenly believe consumers care.
It’s called greenwashing and I’ve previously written about the KGBO and Loblaws participating in profiteering masquerading as environmental policy.
Wal Mart has been a long time greenwasher, and now we see the unintended consequences of their love of the color green; one less new store. I guess the jobs it would have created are gone too, inconveniently.
