Look at this list:
Ban butter to save lives.
Ban seniors from driving.
Ban salt.
Ban bottled water.
Ban smoking in cars.
Ban booze promotions.
The list, all links from within the last seven days, features much of the same rent-seeking science that brought us melting Himalyan glaciers that aren’t.
Save us from nanny-statism and do-gooders before we lose the freedom to eat and drink what we want, when we want in whatever quantity we want.
If Obamacare passes in the US, expect a lot more calls for bans on everyday living, because it’s about controlling costs. Massachusetts readers have a chance to do something to avoid the banpocalypse, so if you haven’t already, vote Brown.
UPDATE: The sheeple rise!

Oh, I wouldn’t give up butter or natural foods for ones created in a lab…
Whaling sucks… period. So does netting sharks, cutting their fins off and dumping them back into the water where they just drown.
Humans are anything but humane.
I am against humans not respecting this planet… I am not a fanatic, but I can see past the BS which only amounts to profit.
Some causes shouldn’t have to be explained… true some are extremists, but, the original cause could be valid.
slightly edited to keep things PG13, cb ;)
No driving, sitting, standing, smoking , eating, drinking, watching television or f**king–unless it’s ass f**king because that would be prejudiced.
