The EPA, not content with labeling a natural trace gas essential to life on Earth a pollutant is now targeting another menace to society, dust.
Fear not, it’s not the dust bunnies under your sofa that the EPA is after, but farm dust. Those pesky farmers that callously work the land for profit are also ruining the planet with dust as they work the land. Big Farmer isn’t taking the EPA’s latest assault on common sense without a fight, they have persuaded their Senators to get involved(pdf):
“If approved, would establish the most stringent and unparalleled regulation of dust in our nation’s history.” It further states, “We respect efforts for a clean and healthy environment, but not at the expense of common sense. These identified levels will be extremely burdensome for farmers and livestock producers to attain. Whether its livestock kicking up dust, soybeans being combined on a dry day in the fall, or driving a car down the gravel road, dust is a naturally occurring event.”
Senators Inhofe and Coburn and other 19 signatories live in hope, for CO2 is also a ‘naturally occuring event’ but the EPA called it a pollutant anyway. Science, what science?

[...] the EPA declared farm dust a threat, the cement industry is the next [...]
[...] THE NEW BATTLE– War on Dust? …. [...]
Next on their agenda will no doubt be an OPA (Oxygen Protection Authority)for the regulation, distribution and limitation of the big O gas, wouldn’t the wealth plunders make a killing on that one! Add an OTS (Oxygen trading Scam)for good measure.
These scammers and hoasxters really need to be locked up and certified insane.
Wait the EPA will be regulating volcanoes next – all that dust?
ahahahahahaha!!!!!!
The farmers can do alot more damage to protyest this lunacy than a bunch of coats can with the trace gas.
The ‘War against America’ includes a war on farming and food.
Shocker.

But how long before Team Hopenchange declares those dust bunnies under our sofas a “pollutant”, and draws up regulations on furniture placement in our dens? For “the children”, of course…
