The American multinational warehouse chain Costco will sell Don Lee Farms’ Better Than Beef Burgersat stores including Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

The company announced that in less than 60days one million plant-based patties had been sold. According to Goodman, this new burger, along with their growing vegan line that launched fifteen years ago, reinforces our family’s commitment to continuous innovation in plant-based proteins.
Where the idea came from restaurants saw a 268 percent increase in plant-based meat sales just last year. The fast-growing category is expected to reach $85 billion by 2030.
