The superstar writer Jonathan Hickman the writer of the famous Marvel comics like Fantastic Four, The Avengers and now the X-men franchise has given a new change in the X-men series.
Although the X-men franchise has struggled to keep up its story vision, the mutants have been given a change from their usual self.
In the Powers of X#5, there are twelve members of the council who helped the mutants of Krakoa and the council members were Charles Xavier, Magneto, Emma Frost, and Sebastian Shaw.
But interestingly the Marvel comics have given the names of eleven of the council members.
Even though the name was kept as classified information, Marvel had no means to keep the names in suspense.

Storm, the weather manipulating X-man is now a High Priestess in Krakoa. Others in the council include Sebastian Shaw, a member of the hellfire club.
Emma Frost, the main person behind implementing Krakoa trade with the rest of the world. Exodus the powerful omega mutant is portrayed as a religious fanatic.
