Rich Homie Quan and Young Thugs were once BFFs, often collaborating on well-received tracks and teaming up with Birdman to form the Rich Gang. Then, in 2015, two of Atlanta’s rappers fell out. nothing was the same. Now, four years removed from his beef, Rich is set to undergo homie to the Beatagon and possibly return to the studio with Stagger.
RHQ recently sat down for an interview with The Dirty Boys of Hot 107.9, which was published on Saturday (December 21). One of the most interesting topics was Rich’s current situation with the thugs and if they ever meet again.
“Everything I would say is possible. It’s open” Rich said. “I’m not against it. As long as it makes sense, you feel me. It’s always what people have made. ‘There was no conversation about me and Brott until today. Even If I had a conversation, I don’t know what kind of turn it would take. I like all the ears.
Aamir Homi said, “It must be arrogance, man.” “I will not lie, people will do something that it is not, or make it more than they make it. By that time, you have done a lot, I have created something, like the very top, we. No, as I told y’all, I’m all ears for conversation.”
As long as Rani said she wanted to get away from the Rich Gang and focus on her solo career, things were good after she started trading with the Rappers in 2015.
In May 2017, Cowan revealed that he and the thugs were not on speaking terms. Thugger turned down a $ 1 million offer from Gucci Mane to bring YSL Rappers and Rich Homie back to the studio.
“We did the show in Atlanta on Ty tour. We were all on tour buses and it was a group of people I hadn’t met. Ty’s tour bus was like the Sala Source Awards. But everyone was somebody. There was – trouble, Migos, everybody. I am going to introduce myself to everyone and everyone will like, let’s introduce, dog, we know who you are.
When we work? “That was crazy, but me?” Jermaine brought out [Dupree]. I brought out Hudrich Pablo Juan and he did a song, I [Lil] came out and he did ‘Head Busa’. And then I closed my set with Jermaine and they did it in Atlanta.
‘Welcome to Atlanta’ and the whole crowd went crazy. Like, no one really brings JD out to do this, so I’m thinking on that Jay-Z level “He’s crazy. Do we have the footage we need?”
