It has been nearly a year and a half Erebonian civil war, has changed since then. Everything has changed from a country’s internal politics of the Empire to even the life of Rean Schwartz.  The shadows of the past have given way to the embers of a new chapter. Rean has become an instructor at the Thors branch campus after graduating from Thors Military Academy.

Thirdly branch campus is a newly – opened academy that finds itself onto the national stage. Rean takes the new lead of brand new class Vll and guides new generation heroes for an unpredictable future. Though all is calm now, the nefarious Ouroboros organization continues to weave a dark plot that could engulf the entire continent in war…or perhaps something even more sinister. The “story role-playing game” shipped in Japan in September 2017.

The legend of heroes: Trails of Cold Steel has a separate fan base in Japan and Western markets.  This is about a band of military school cadets that always withstand the threat across Western.

They are skilled at firming bonds of friendship and combat but the process is a bit slow. NIS America has also announced that series is making a debut on the Nintendo Switch. It is expected to be released in spring 2020

Its first franchise was in Europe, which is far ahead of Japan in terms of launch. Nihon Falcom, president Tohishiro Konda said last year that more games are expected to launch following the switch release of Ys VIII.
