According to multiple sources, the game is developed with an intriguing backstory filled with alternate futures, megacorporations, and the ultimate battle to colonize the galaxy you are by default situated on. You are in a starship on the way to the galaxy, when all of a sudden your ship heads off-course. Struck by you an unknown force, you wake from cryosleep, plenty of time has passed, and you’re in a world, unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Now you must combat in order to save what the galaxy from your enemies. Whether you fight by hand, shoot, or swing your sword, the choice is entirely yours.
