On Thursday, August 15th, Lana Condor and Noah Centineo together announced on Lana’s stories that a sequel to the massively successful Netflix movie “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” titled “To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You” will be releasing on the same platform February 12, 2020.
But that was only a part of the announcement. In another video Noah says, “Lana, why have we been filming the second To All the Boys for too long?” “I don’t know but it doesn’t feel right.” Responds Lana. Noah replies, “It feels like it might not be the second,” and then they together say, “But maybe the third?”
Netflix later confirmed that a third film titled “To All the Boys: Always and Forever Lara Jean” is in fact already in production. This is big news for all the fans of the movie series which is based on the novel of the same name by Jenny Han.
The second movie which will be released just before Valentine’s Day next year will likely introduce a new character John Ambrose McClaren, a past crush of the character Lara Jean. Jordan Fisher would be playing the role of John.
With the third movie, the creators are probably looking to complete the TATBILB trilogy by Jenny Han. It would be exciting to see whether they make any creative changes or follow the storyline as in the books. Although there is no official date that has been announced for the third movie, fans can expect it to be released by the end of 2021 or in the first quarter of 2022, judging by the time gap between the first two movies.
On Saturday, Noah Centineo took to twitter to reveal that he had finished shooting his parts for the movies.

The fans will have to wait a few months to see what happens and whether the movie lives up to the expectations.
