With not exactly a month to discharge, Warner Bros. has discharged the last trailer — in English and Hindi — for Birds of Prey, the following DC film featuring Margot Robbie in the number one spot as Harley Quinn, repeating her job from the dumpster fire that was Suicide Squad. The new Birds of Prey trailer kind of overcomes any issues between the two movies, with Harley as a temperamental storyteller, disclosing to us how she said a final farewell to the Joker (Jared Leto) and went on her own way. The final Birds of Prey trailer — set to a remix of Björk’s 1995 hit “It’s Oh So Quiet” — cuts a very Deadpool-y vibe with its self-referential and meta humor, with Harley expressing at a certain point: “Mentally, retribution once in a while brings the purge we trust in.” Earlier in her portrayal, Harley says she’s “searching for liberation”, legitimately referencing the any longer full title of the DC film: Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). There are references to different characters as well, including Batman at the end.
