Director J.J. Abrams has long had a variety of credits to his name. He was perhaps best known for his work on TV before his stunning blockbuster reboot of Star Trek and Star Wars.
And one of those small-screen projects, the Jennifer Garner-front action thriller Alias, has apparently been floated by Abrams for a possible reboot.
At least, according to his colleague and editor Maryann Brandon. While speaking with Awards Daily, Brandon was confident of any possible reboot for the series, confirming that he and Abrams had discussed the possibility:
“We’ve talked about it. I often asked him about it, and he says, ‘Yes, maybe.’ I don’t have any more information than that. I mean, I love Jennifer Garner. She’s very good at what she does and I’d be happy if they rebooted it. ”

You can expect a cast iron vote of confidence for the possibility of an Elias return. However, how can I spin it in a fashion that is more than what he says? Well, all the possible reboots began their initial journey as casual conversations between colleagues.
It may also represent the first brick in the Elias Abrams 2020s update program wall.
Too Much of a Stretch? Well, at least the fact that this conversation took place means that the idea has crossed the minds of the major parties of Alias.
This has to count for something, right? Actually, what am I saying? I managed to increase credibility even further. If we worked on every thought that crossed our minds in a day, the new murder rate would be a hole in the sky. Am I the one? That’s just me
Fast forward to those disturbing implications and return to a place where there are essentially no implications, it is certainly good to hear whether the possibility of an Elias reboot has been discussed and whether we should be concerned about it. Something else should be heard, we will make sure you know.
