Kristen Stewart is truly the mistress of debuting with new hairstyles at film festivals. At 2018 Cannes, she made the rat tail suddenly very cool and trendy, and not long after at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival, she exhibited that she had chopped and bleached her previously brown hair into a platinum pixie.
She has stuck to the latter look for a while, but when she arrived at the Deauville American Film Festival in France, it was apparent that she had given it a colorful update.
Stewart was spotted at several of the festival’s events on Thursday and Friday with a shaggy, short hairstyle, her undercut seemingly growing out. While she had an inch or two of medium-brown roots noticeable, the areas of her hair that had earlier been bleached blonde presently appear to be a pastel yet brilliant bubblegum pink in color.
The shade picked up a portion of the beads on the trim of the blue tweed coat she wore on the red carpet, which was layered over a trimmed white T-shirt with a raw edge. It seems her makeup artist also pulled the color into her eye makeup, creating a splash of pink shadow up to her eyebrows atop sea-blue winged liner.
Speaking of brows, the Twilight star’s eyebrows are finally fully brown again, in stiff contrast with the bleached, almost obscure brows she sported earlier this year at the Chanel 2018/19 Metiers d’Art Show in South Korea.
She blanched them after her hair had been platinum for some time. So perhaps if she sticks to her pink hair for a few months more, her fans and the paparazzi will have pink brows to look forward to at a forthcoming public appearance sometimes later maybe.
