In February, Netflix’s crime drama, “Narcos Mexico,” is coming up with its second season. The series is going to release on 13 February 2020, Thursday.
Netflix did not only provided the release date but also released its teaser as well. In the teaser, it is featured with lead actor Diego Luna (Rogue One), who is turning towards the camera. Plus, he also speaks in menacing voiceover.
The series is based on the Mexican drug trade establishment, which concentrates on the real-life of Narco Felix Gallardo, who is a former Sinaloa police officer.
But, he got turned into Drugs Lord. Kiki Camarena, who is a Mexican American DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, who took the task of Felix down.
This season is followed by two men’s cat and a mouse game. The game ends with the torture, abduction, and murder of Kiki. Kiki’s death served as a catalyst, who died in the war on drugs.
The finale of the show also depicts the identity of the show’s narrator, Scoot McNairy, as agent Walt Breslin. He is the agent who is in charge of the Operations Leyenda. The task is made to bring justice to the death of Kiki.
Breslin says in a voiceover that what happened in Guadalajara at the time of the early 80s. Basically, Guadalajara is the pace, where the first cartel took place.
From that, others start following the very same. The violence of drugs and money got explode from that destination. Even, it is that place where the first shot was also fired. After that shot, nothing is the same.
