Ouran High School Host Club follows the storyline of Haruhi Fujioka, who comes from a middle-class family. He earns a scholarship to Ouran Academy, where all the students come from strong financial backgrounds and obtain an education in the glory of prestigious premises. Haruhi had a very manly appearance. Thus, everyone at Ouran Academy takes Haruhi for a boy.

However, Haruhi fits at Ouran perfectly as her major focus is only to study. Thus, she finds her way to the music room, where she mistakenly breaks a valuable vase. In order to repay for the loss of the members of the host club, Haruhi ended up serving as one of the members for a fixed period.
