The twin races were inaugurated as non-playable races in Battle for Azeroth, but will officially come in Update 8.3.

The two modern races were just one of the aspects announced in today’s amazing 18-minute developer’s update for WoW: Battle for Azeroth.

Hazzikostas indicated that the next chapter for the Battle for Azeroth takes up after Update 8.2 when the Old God N’zoth was finally opened.

Players will experiment in the Eldritch dimension to fight the Lovecraftian monsters in aa modern realm. A major feature of the update would be Assaults in Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

When an Assault happens in one of the two zones that particular zone will physically alter and “overflow with influential lieutenants of N’zoth.” There will be time-consuming quests and objectives in these assaults and chances for treasures and extra rewards.

There will moreover be a new single-player subject called Horrific Visions which performers can run by themselves, without extra players.

These single campaigns are aimed around potential destinies where N’Zoth defeats and alters Stormwind and Ogrimmar.

Upon the World of Warcraft: Classic front, Hazzikostas indicated that Blizzard will publish the Dire Maul dungeon individually in the coming weeks.

The dungeon was initially set to be published alongside other details as part of a Phase 2 rollout but will rather beat details like World Bosses and the Honor System.
